The engine of 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa : lightweight titanium valve

The 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa is equipped with 1340 cc engine in line with DOHC liquid cooled engine completed also with 16 valves and Twin Swirl Combustion Chambers or TSCC. For maximum performance of 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa superbike, the motorcycle is using lightweight aluminum alloy pistons with a compression ration at 12,5:1. This kind of pistons can give maximum performance for the motorcycle. To reduce friction while improving cylinder sealing, the 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa is using a hard, smooth chrome nitride Physical Vapor Deposition or PVD coating on the upper compression and on its oil control rings on each piston. The other useful equipment in the Suzuki Hayabusa engine is called SCEM or Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material cylinder plating which can improve the heat transfer and enhanced durability and ring seal. The lightweight titanium valves on the Suzuki motorcycle allow the use of light valve springs and high lift while maintaining accurate valve control. Iridium spark plugs are used for high combustion efficiency. The engine of Hayabusa is prepared by Suzuki SDTV or Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve fuel injection system with dual 12 hole. The fine spray injector per cylinder and ram air intake with large volume air box guarantee the engine performance of Suzuki Hayabusa 2011.
